: M/s.A.Saravanan COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions are filed by the petitioner with a grievance that the trial Court, namely, the learned III Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai, has not numbered the interlocutory applications filed by her in I.A.(Diary) Nos.19857 and 19854 of 2022 under Section 151 C.P.C, respectively.

2. Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pending the Civil Revision Petitions, the trial Court has numbered the said interlocutory applications as I.A.Nos.678 and 679 of 2022 respectively and therefore, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petitions. However, he seeks a direction of this Court for early disposal of the said interlocutory applications.

3. Since the said interlocutory applications have been numbered as I.A.Nos.678 and 679 of 2022, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petitions. Accordingly, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. However, the trial Court, namely, the learned III Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai, is directed to dispose of I.A.Nos.678 and 679 of 2022, on merits and in accordance with law, as early as possible. No costs.
