2.The petitioner married the respondent on 04.06.2021. Their relationship has come under strain. In these circumstances, the respondent filed HMOP No. 106 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court, Melur for divorce. Criminal cases were also instituted. In these circumstances, I.A No.1 of 2024 was filed for questioning the jurisdiction of the court. It was dismissed. Challenging the same, this civil revision petition has been filed. 3.During the pendency of the civil revision petition, compromise has been entered into between the parties on 29.10.2024. Compromise memo dated 29.10.2024 signed by the parties has been produced before this Court. This civil revision petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid compromise memo. It shall form part of this order. It is stated that the petitioner herein filed HMOP No.

685 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Theni for restitution of conjugal rights. It was dismissed. Since the parties have decided to dissolve the marriage by mutual consent, the question of interfering with the decree passed in HMOP No.685 of 2022 does not arise at all. It is stated that marriage photos have been uploaded in the social media by the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to take down the photos. Copy of this order shall be marked to the Judicial Magistrate/Additional Mahila Court, Melur. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
