This petition has been filed to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.62 of 2018, pending on the file of Subordinate Judge, Cheyyar, Thiruvannamalai District and transfer the same to the Family Court, Srivilliputhur.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the matter has become infructuous.
