to direct the Respondent No.1 to 6 to restart the "Anadhanam" scheme to the "Arulmigu Sugandha Parimaleshwarar Thirukkovil."

Thirumananjeri, Karambakudi Taluk, Pudukottai District within the time stipulated by this Court.

b.

to direct the Respondent No.1 to 6 to construct devotes waiting hall, to renovate the entrance arch, repair the compound wall, and to renovate the Vaira Ther (Diamond Chariot) in the "Arulmigu Sugandha Parimaleshwarar Thirukkovii."

Thirumananjeri, Karambakudi Taluk, Pudukottai District within the time stipulated by this Court. c.

to direct the Respondents No.1 to 6 to provide drinking water supply and sanitary arrangement, toilet facilities, parking facility, electricity connection and Street light, frequent public transport facilities for the benefit of the devotees of "Arulmigu Sugandha Parimaleshwarar Thirukkovil," Thirumananjeri, Karambakudi Taluk, Pudukottai District within the time stipulated by this Court.

d.

to direct the respondent No.1 to 6 to deepen and remove the bushes and Proposis Juliflora in the holy tank of Arulmigu Sugandha Parimaleshwarar Thirukkovil.

e.

to direct the Respondent No.7 to establish a 'police out post' near "Arulmigu Sugandha Parimaleshwarar Thirukkovil," Thirumananjeri, Karambakudi Taluk, Pudukottai District

within the time stipulated by this Court and pass such further or other order as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice. For Petitioner :

O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 3, 5 & 6, produced a copy of the letter received by him from the Assistant Commissioner, H.R. & C.E.Department, Pudukottai, dated 03.07.2025, stating that Annathanam Scheme is in force in the subject temple and actions are initiated for renovation of the subject temple.

2. Since the grievances of the petitioner have been addressed and

actions are initiated to renovate the subject temple in all respects, the competent authorities are directed to ensure that the subject temple and its properties are protected and the Annathanam Scheme in force is being continued. The renovation works are directed to be completed as expeditiously as possible.

3. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
