ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent 1/3

police for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 337 and 379 of IPC, in Cr.No.58 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is a load man in a lorry, which was dashed against another lorry. After the accident, it was found that the petitioner had committed the theft of 2 units of river sand. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.

4.Considering the fact that the petitioner has got 14 previous cases, out of which 6 cases also relate to the Mines and Minerals Act, and though the petitioner is a load man, continuously indulged in plundering mother nature, this is not a case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 12/09/2024 / TRUE COPY / /09/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
