ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct first and second respondent to take appropriate action against the respondents No.3 to 5 by conducting an enquiry on the basis of the petitioners representation dated 14/09/2019 , 11/10/2019

2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner , the second respondent conducted enquiry and during enquiry the petitioner states that she will look after the issue before the law and order police, since the third respondent refused to live with the petitioner.

3. Considering the above facts, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint before the concerned jurisdictional police and on receipt of the same, the police is directed to take appropriate action on the complaint lodged by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
