Prayer in W.P.(MD)No.18044 of 2024:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey and demarcate the land measuring to an extent of 0-65.85 Hectare comprised in Survey No. 577/6A situated at Uranganpatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2024 .

ORDER:- This Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. S. Ramasamy, Advocate for the Petitioner, Mr. G. Gunasekaran, Advocate for the 1st Respondent and Mr. A. Kannan, Additional Government Pleader for the 2nd and 3rd respondents, this Court made the following order: 'Heard both sides.

2. The order dated 01.08.2024 made in W.P.(MD)No.18044 of 2024 would more than protect the interests of the petitioner. If the petitioner has not been given notice, she will be served notice before conducting survey. If the petitioner lodges any objection, it will be taken into account and speaking order will be passed. If the petitioner's objections are overruled, survey will conducted only after a period of six weeks for providing immediate relief. The Tahsildar will abide by the direction earlier given in the writ petition. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
