This petitioner with a grievance that his complaint, dated 18.06.2025 lodged as against the third respondent has not been acted upon by the respondent police, has approached this Court. 2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that the complaint of this petitioner was enquired by the respondent police as a petition enquiry in CSR No.193 of 2025 and it was closed on 15.07.2025, as the issue is civil in nature, by advising the parties to approach the appropriate civil Forum. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
