RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17742 of 2021, dated 16.11.2021 as directing the Petitioner to appear before the Respondent Police daily at 9.30 A.M. until further orders instead of directing him to appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 A.M. Untill further orders and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render Justice. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. ANANDAKUMAR.N., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.
VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17742 of 2021, dated 16.11.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and since he is a Doctor it is difficult to him to open the Clinic regularly. Hence, he seeks modification of the condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.10957 of 2021 4.In view of the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 16.11.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17742 of 2021 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
