"This petition is filed seeking to extend the time to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 06.08.2024.
2. This Court by an order dated 06.08.2024, directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.69,81,735/- excluding the amount already paid i.e, Rs.26,00,000/- to the credit of TANGEDCO.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that today he is ready to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lakhs only) by way of demand draft and the remaining amount will be paid within three months.
4. In view of the said submissions, this Court directs the petitioner to hand over the demand draft of Rs.10,00,000/- to the TANGEDCO and pay the remaining amount within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that only if the amount is deposited, the electricity service connection will be restored.
5. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is ordered."
