The above petitions have been filed seeking orders (i) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent and (ii) to bring on record the proposed respondents 3 to 6 herein on record as legal representatives of the deceased first respondent in the above second appeal and rank them as respondents 3 to 6 in the above second appeal. 2.Despite receipt of notice, the second respondent has not turned up.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents 1, 3 to 6 and also perused the records.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the second appeal and list the matter on 05.02.2026.
