This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.284 of 2015 dated 06.04.2015 on the file of the respondent herein and file a final report

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.. Perused the materials placed on record.

4. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 284 of 2015 , within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be,under due intimation of the defacto complainant.
