ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 494 IPC in Crime No.Not Known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is seen from the records that the matter was referred to mediation and a mediation report has been received, stating that the parties have entered into compromise and they have also enclosed the settlement agreement.
