This petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 27.07.2022 passed in I.A.No.4 of 2022 in O.S.No.83 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court, Periyakulam.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that during the pendency of the petition, the main suit itself has been dismissed on 01.03.2025 by the trial Court. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication. 2/4

3. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
