Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MUNIYANDI.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17307 of 2021 on 09.11.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners 1 and 4 have not complied the condition regularly. The other petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.10999 of 2021 4.Considering the nature of offence and the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17307 of 2021 on 09.11.2021 is relaxed in respect of the petitioners 2 and 3 and the petitioners 1 and 4 shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
