O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take action on the fifth respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 12.11.2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been forwarded to the Director of Handlooms & Textiles, Chennai, for further action. Only on receipt of the report from the concerned Department, they can take further steps. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner may wait for reasonable time for the process to be completed. If even after waiting for reasonable time, if no action is taken by the respondents, he can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings. It is seen that no time is prescribed for completing the enquiry and file a final report before the first respondent. So, as mentioned above, the petitioner can wait for reasonable time. Depending upon the above said report further action can be taken.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
