Respondents P RAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamsu, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order vide office proceedings in Na.Ka.No.14613/2019/G2 dated 29.03.2019 on the file of the 1st respondent office confirming the order of the 2nd respondent office vide office proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3565/2016/A1 dated 17.04.2017 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to restore the original Patta No.890 by correcting the new Patta No.1785, dated 17.03.2015 by inserting the lands in S.Nos.164/4, 164/3, 164/2 and 171/1 for an extent of 1 Hec.780 Ares, 1 Hec.640 Ares, 1 Hec.390 Ares and 0.75.5 Ares respectively situated in Pathinettankudi Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The learned Counsel for the petitioner has addressed a letter to the Registry dated 15.03.2022, seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition. The said letter is recorded. He also submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court.

2.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court in the manner known to her under law. There shall be no order as to costs.
