PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to remove Survey No.190/2 from Patta No.736 and to add the same in patta No.24 being maintained in the office of the 2nd respondent, within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to remove the S.No.190/2 from Patta No.736 and to add the same in patta No.24.

2.It is a case of the petitioner that he made a representation dated 30.08.2019 to the 2nd respondent to add the S.No.190/2 in patta No.24 by removing the same in Patta No.736. But, on such representation no action has been taken till date. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that if the petitioner wants any modification or change in the respective patta granted in favour of him under the UDR scheme, he may approach the concerned District https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.22141 of 2019 Revenue Officer to work out his remedy, since the 2nd respondent is not a competent authority for the aforesaid relief. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is also agreed with the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader. 4.In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the concerned District Revenue Officer to work out his remedy, as expeditiously as possible, if he is so advised.
