Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to approve forthwith the appointment of the petitioner as BT Assistant (Tamil) in the fifth respondent's School, namely, Loyola Higher Secondary School, Hanumantharayankottai, w.e.f.22.06.2018, with all attendant benefits including the arrears of salary and allowance.

The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to approve the appointment of the petitioner as BT Assistant (Tamil) in the fifth respondent's School with effect from 22.06.2018, with all attendant and monetary benefits.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the orders dated 04.02.2020 passed by the first respondent herein and disposal of the writ petition in W.P. (MD) No.2581 of 2020 filed by the petitioner herein challenging the said orders, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
