P RAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent vide proceedings in Roc.L6/26447/2014 dated 07.12.2014 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents No.1 and 2 to provide relief amount payable to the petitioner as under Clause-20 of Schedule, Annexure - 1 read with Rule 12(4) of the Scheduled Castes and the Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Rule 1995 and also provide employment on compassionate ground to the petitioner's daughter named K.Karpagavealli, as provided under caluse - 21 of Schedule, Annexure - 1 read with Rule 12(4) of the Scheduled Castes and the Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Rule 1995 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent that the petitioner died as early as on 30.06.2018 itself. The death certificate of the petitioner has also been 2/4

produced. Till date, steps have not been taken to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
