This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to demarcate the property as mentioned in the third schedule in sale deed No. 282/1949 on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Thirumayam based on the sale deed executed by Sub-Court, Pudukottai Province in EA No. 168/1949 EP.No. 327/1947 in OS.No. 54 of 1994 and consequently directing the first respondent to issue patta in favour of the present legal heirs of the purchaser Pl.M.Palaniyappa Chettiar within time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. The petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents 2 and 3 to demarcate the property and for issuance of patta. However, no action has been taken on the said application. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, submits that the representation of the petitioner would be considered within a time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation and application dated 21.06.2023 and 31.07.2023 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
