ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the 1/3
respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 329(4), 79, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, in Cr.No.173 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner tried to misbehave with the defacto complainant. Hence, the case.
