This petition has been filed seeking direction direct the 3rd respondent to not to interfere into the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent and pass appropriate order 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has already been arrested by the respondent police in connection with the Crime No.318 of 2019.
