The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, relying upon the letter of the Tahsildar, Eral Taluk, Thoothukudi District, has made a submission that the encroached portion in the subject property has already been removed. Photographs taken after removal of encroachment are also enclosed. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed. However, if any grievance exists, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authorities.
