This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of 1/4

Mandamus, directing the respondent to sub-divide the land in S.No. 80/1 in Urappanur Bit -1 Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, to an extent of 1 Acre 34 Cents, and issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner to an extent of 10 cents, out of total extent, which is situate in the Southern Extreme of the Western 38 cents. 2.Today(29.11.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition. 3.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition. No costs.
