The petitioners, with a grievance that their application dated 06.01.2022 for grant of joint patta has not been considered by the respondent have filed this writ petition for a Mandamus to direct the respondent to issue a joint patta to the petitioners. 2.Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents submits that based on the petitioner's application, enquiry has already been conducted and orders would be passed within a reasonable time.

3.Considering the rival submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to conclude the proceedings and pass orders on the petitioners' application within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
