ORDER

The above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.286 of 2019 on the file of Family Court, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, to the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent/husband has no objection to transfer, as sought for by the petitioner in the present transfer civil miscellaneous petition. 3.Considering the fact that the respondent has no objection for allowing the petition, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.286 of 2019 pending on the file of the Family Court, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the file of Family Court, Sivagangai. The learned Judge, Family Court, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, is directed to transmit the entire records in H.M.O.P.No.286 of 2019 to the Family Court, Sivagangai. 4.With the above directions, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
