O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 19.02.2024 and 05.03.2024 and consequently, direct the respondents to conduct proper enquiry and take appropriate action in pursuance of the petition No.347/2024 on the file of the second respondent in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner as well as the respondents have preferred complaints; that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR.No.346 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed and based on the counter compliant, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.76 of 2024 and enquiry is pending.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to file a petition under Section 156(3) or 200 of Cr.P.C, if so advised. No costs.
