Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 16.07.2024 by way of issuing joint patta in favour of the petitioner, his mother and sisters. ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 16.07.2024 by way of issuing joint patta in favour of the petitioner, his mother and sisters.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that as and when the petitioner makes an online application, the same will be considered and orders would be passed within a period of four weeks.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court directs the petitioner to make an online application within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass orders within a period of four (4) weeks therefrom.
