ORDER
The above transfer civil revision petition is filed by the petitioner/wife seeking to transfer the petition in HMOP No.620 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, to the file of the Family Court, Pudukkottai.
2.The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to transfer, as sought for by the petitioner in the present transfer civil miscellaneous petition. However, he seeks to have the presence of the respondent before the trial Court dispensed with, since the matter is transferred to the Family Court, Sivagangai, where the presence of the parties for every hearing is mandatory. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the petition in H.M.O.P.No.620 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Pudukottai. It is made clear that the learned Judge, Family Court, Pudukottai, shall not insist upon the presence of the respondent for every hearing, except for adducing evidence. No costs.
