ORDER

The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the property situated in Natham Survey No.246/7, measuring 0.03.20 Ares, in Sedambal Village, Sedambal Group, Kalaiyarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.05.2025. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.R.Suriya Narayanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the petitioner, the subject property belongs to his mother, Santhanavalli and in the SLR, the name of the owner is wrongly mentioned as Sundaravalli instead of Santhanavalli. The petitioner

submitted a representation on 28.05.2025, seeking mutation of revenue records in his name along with the necessary documents. The same has not been considered by the respondents. Therefore, he has come before this Court.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.05.32025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner.
