PRAYER :-For Bail in Crime No.21 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused herein, who was arrested on 20.10.2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 7 r/w 8, 11 (iv), r/w 12, 8, 12r/w 17 of POCSO Act, 2012, in Crime No.21 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant's 2nd daughter who was aged about 17 years eloped with the petitioner. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. The petitioner's daughter having love affair with the petitioner. Since marriage was arranged to her with some other person, she went along with him.

CRL OP(MD). No.19421 of 2021 aged about 17 years at the time of occurrence. When the petitioner sitting along with the victim girl in a park the second accused taken photographs. Based upon the complaint, the second accused has also been implicated as accused. Now the investigation is underway. The second accused has also been apprehended and kept in home. 5.Considering the fact that the petitioner and the victim girl has love affair with each other and the nature of allegation, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.
6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Additional Mahila Court, Pudukottai, and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 08/12/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
