ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.2, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.08.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465 and 468 of IPC and Section 66-D of Information Technology Act, in Crime No.14 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw this petition by stating that the petitioner was already granted bail by the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the said submission and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
