ORDER
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to issue patta to the petitioner's property situated in Natham Survey No.246/21, measuring 0.03.45 Ares, in Sedambal Village, Sedambal Group, Kalaiyarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2025. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.R.Suriya Narayanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.A perusal of the representation submitted by the petitioner would indicate that the petitioner failed to give proper description of the property in his possession.
Therefore, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation before the third respondent by giving proper description of the property in his possession, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On submission of the fresh representation, the third respondent shall consider the same and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of representation, after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and other interested parties.
