O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed by an unskilled employee of the second respondent Corporation seeking a Mandamus to implement the orders of the Ombudsman, dated 11.07.2023.

2. A perusal of the order passed by the Ombudsman for local authority reveals that a direction has been issued by the said Ombudsman to disburse the pensionary and other monetary benefits to the writ petitioner within a period of 30 days. However, so far, the order has not been complied with. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent on written instructions, submits that the entire terminal benefits would be released within a period of twelve weeks.

4. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent herein is directed to comply with the orders of the Ombudsman, dated 11.07.2023 and to release the pensionary and other monetary benefits of the writ petitioner on or before 31.12.2024.

5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
