The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that this Petition been filed to quash the proceedings of the first Respondent, dated 30.09.2022.

2.The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner is not a habitual offender and there is one previous case against the Petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor fairly concedes that no previous case is pending against the Petitioner. 4.Considering the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Petition is allowed and the proceedings of the first Respondent, dated 30.09.2022 is quashed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
