ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day, upon perusing the Order of this Court dated 07/01/2022 and the requisition letter in D.No.401/22, dated 06/06/2022 received from the Subordinate Judge, Usilampatti, this Court made the following order:

The learned Subordinate Judge, Usilampatti, sent a letter dated 06.06.2022, requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of I.A.No.28 of 2021 in H.M.O.P.No.43 of 2020, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 07.01.2022.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 06.06.2022, a further time of three months is granted from today to dispose of I.A.No.28 of 2021 in H.M.O.P.No.43 of 2020.
