4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Registry is directed to restore the Criminal Revision on file and list the matter on 04.03.2025, finally.
