ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) Mr.R.Suriya Narayanan, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not wish to pursue the writ petition. Endorsement is made to that effect.

2.Recording the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a statutory appeal under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905. If such appeal is filed within a period of two weeks from today (ie.,04.09.2025), then the appeal shall be entertained without reference to limitation but ensuring satisfaction of all other statutory compliances and dispose in accordance with law and in line with the principles of natural justice. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
