This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to release the matured amount vested in the petitioner's fixed Deposit Account Number:1168401000004209 by considering his representation dated 27.09.2022. 1/3

2.When the matter was called, the learned counsel on either side report that the second respondent has already released the petition mentioned amount to the petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
