ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed seeking orders to to initiate Contempt Proceedings under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the Respondent herein for his willful disobedience and violated the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD).No.2306 of 2023 dated 06.02.2023, and punish the Respondent for Contempt of Courts Act.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent has filed charge sheet on 24.05.2024. He would fairly concede that there was a delay in filing the final report. 3.Recording the above submission, this contempt petition is closed.
