CMP(MD) No.7309 of 2018 ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. J.Gunaseelan Muthaiah, Additional Government Pleader, on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to restore C.R.P(MD)No.1486 of 2016, which was dismissed, vide order dated 13.07.2018.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 08.08.2019, there was no representation on the behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted on 09.08.2019 (today) under the caption for dismissal. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
