This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 22.10.2021, wherein, the petitioner has sought for initiating necessary action for settlement of the benefits and salary of her husband, who was working in Saudi Arabia.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.4 to 6 submitted that the application submitted by the petitioner was processed and the compensation amount of Rs.94,449/- (Rupees Ninety Four Thousand Four Hundred and Forty Nine only) has already been paid to the petitioner. The relevant documents were also placed before this Court.

3. Recording the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
