It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent that, subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the representation of the petitioner, which is the subject mater of this writ petition, has been considered, and a final order has already been passed by the second respondent-University on 28.11.2024.
2. The final order dated 28.11.2024 passed by the second respondentUniversity has also been placed on record by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent-University.
3. In view of the same, necessarily, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the final order dated 28.11.2024, the petitioner has to challenge the same in the manner known to the petitioner under law.

After recording the fact that the petitioner's representation, which is the subject matter of this writ petition and the relief sought for in this writ petition has been considered and a final order has been passed on 28.11.2024, this writ petition is disposed of, by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said final order dated 28.11.2024 passed by the second respondent-University in the manner known to the petitioner under law.
