ORDER
This application has been filed to amend the prayer as follows:- "to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the petition filed by the respondents 3 to 5 in M.P.No. 6 of 2023 on the file of the 1st respondent and to strike off the same and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice instead of Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the petition filed by the respondents 3 to 5 in M.P.No. 5 of 2023 on the file of the 1st respondent and to strike off the same and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice." 2.It is informed that while passing orders on 09.07.2025 in W.P.(MD) No. 18586 of 2025, the reference to M.P.No.6 of 2023 was wrongly mentioned as M.P.No.5 of 2023.
3.Therefore, Registry is directed to incorporate the correct number as M.P.No.6 of 2023 instead of M.P.No.5 of 2023 in the order passed on 09.07.2025 in W.P.(MD) No.18586 of 2025 wherever it requires and issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned.
