This contempt petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order dated 19.10.2022 passed in W.P.(MD)No.27333 of 2019. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the official respondents made a submission that actions under Section 78 of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act had been initiated and are in progress. 2/4

He further submitted that the authorities will expedite the eviction process and complete the same and evict the encroachers by following the procedures. 3.Recording the above submission, this contempt petition stands closed.
