2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the police have completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet and the same was taken on file as CC.No.479 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil. 3.Since the charge sheet has already been filed, the purpose of filing this petition has already been defeated.
