ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court with a grievance that his representation dated 02.06.2025 has not been addressed by the respondents.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that earlier the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 05.11.2024, based on which, petition enquiry has been conducted in CSR.No.505 of 2024 and the same was closed. Thereafter, the petitioner has lodged another complaint before the first respondent and has filed this writ petition.

3.In the event, if the petitioner has lodged the very same complaint, which was closed earlier, the respondent Police is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report of the earlier complaint dated 05.11.2024, to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
