ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction for speedy disposal of O.S.No. 231 of 2023 on the file of the Sub-Court, Lalgudi, Trichy District.

2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents 1 to 3, notice to the respondents 1 to 3 is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner, who is the plaintiff, filed OS No.231/2013 for partition and separate possession, permanent injunction and for other reliefs. Since the said suit is pending from the year 2023, the petitioner is before this Court for speedy disposal of the same. 4.Considering the limited scope of the matter and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to dispose of OS No.231/2023 as expeditiously as possible. 2/4

5.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
