ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court in W.P(MD)No.10129 of 2021, dated 02.09.2021

2. As per Paragraph No.6 Clause (i), the petitioner has been directed to submit a representation to the educational authorities within a period of 1 week from the date of receipt of copy of the order. Only thereafter, the educational authorities have been directed to consider the said representation.

3. A perusal of the typedset of papers indicate that the petitioner has not complied with the said portion of the order. However, the present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation as against the school management on the ground that they are not permitting him to function as a Teacher. This Court has only passed an order of status quo. However, it is not known whether the petitioner was taking classes on the date when the order was passed on 02.09.2021. Since the petitioner has not given any representation as per the order of this Court, there are no merits in the contempt petition. 2/4
